You should be able to restore after clicking on Restore Purchase option. Please let me know if you face any issues.

Do you have any other fixes? I tried that and nothing changes. Since I paid for the app I would like to be able to use it.

Can you share this log file to debug this issue ~/Library/Containers/com.ashvin777.apps.stickynotes/Data/Library/Logs/Stick-ies/main.log ?
