Stuck in starting ART NET No commands are being sent to the lamps. I dont even know if ARTNET is recieving anything either #1

My configuration

This PC ip Is 192.168.1.147

Im sending packets to channels 1 to 6
Subnet 0
Universe 0

(Even if I change this to other values does not work)
