I have forked this project and added many new features to https://github.com/ctrlcctrlv/minica2.go. Full list of changes as of 2022-12-17: https://github.com/ctrlcctrlv//minica2.go/compare/jsha...master

Major changes:

ctrlcctrlv@e9fbbcb (Add ability to set org name, and issuer information of Certificate Authority.)
ctrlcctrlv@29eb639 (Singularize --domain and --ip-address, make it so these flags can be repeated but remove the "list" method used here.)
ctrlcctrlv@a108699 (Add --mac-validity, off by default in minica2)

Because this fork adds several changes likely to be controversial, and which break backwards compatibility, I did not open PR's.
