ENH: OpenAI errors written as text not image #16

Today when OpenAI returns an error we construct an image to display the error json. This is a legacy implementation.

Better will be to interpret certain OpenAI errors (like a safety violation) and give the user a better error message.

Better too will be to display those errors in the new messages window rather than making an image to overwrite the previously displayed image.
