Version 2.8.1 now merged into master.

A few serious bugs were addressed over the past couple days which I felt should be merged sooner rather than later as other bugs are squashed. This was done in order to avert any issues for those utilizing the v2.8.0 scripts and/or portal. The most serious issue being the fact that multiple instances of the flights.py and maintenance.py scripts which are part of the advanced portal installation were being started. The others were less serious including an architecture specific problem when installing the Plane Finder feeder and a couple advanced portal features not working properly. Changes in this release include the following.

Installers

• Plane Finder Feeder now installs properly on aarch64 operating systems.

Portal

• Fix problem where multiple instances of flights.py and maintenance.py were being launched.
• Addressed portal map centering settings not being added to the database on fresh installs.
• An issue was addressed allowing existing receivers to upgrade to phoenix properly.

There are still a few know issues which need to be fixed before I feel comfortable releasing an image. Until then use the instruction found in the README.md file in order to set up a new receiver. Steps to upgrade an existing receiver remain the same and are also outlined in the README.md file.
