SerialPortError: Input/output error, errno = 5

Hello everyone.
I have connected a RFID reader to my raspberrypi 4 and I'm using this package to read data.
I have used lsusb linux command to check if my RFID is connected (live) or not.
it works correctly at first, but after a long time (for example 2 days), the package shows me the following error and also lsusb does not recognize my RFID.
error:

SerialPortError: Input/output error, errno = 5

what is problem?
