Allow non system-wide installation of SGX SDK through install script #19

Currently, the install script will always install to a system-wide location:

https://github.com/jovanbulck/sgx-step/blob/master/install_SGX_SDK.sh#L27

It would be nice to be able to specify a non-standard path e.g. through a cmdline param to the script.
