10 - tab completion doesn't work on Windows #10

...when I last checked.  This is because JLine expects to be reading
directly from System.in, rather than from a buffered input stream as has
been the case since Ripple 0.4.  On Windows, this apparently causes it to
fail to recognize the character sequences for the tab and arrow buttons.
