Features

Adds a button to scroll the content of opened file
Right click on the button to change the scroll speed

Known issues

Doesn't work if you push the button before clicking on a file content (the plugin scrolls through opened and focused file)
The speed in the plugin settings is set correctly but the current speed is not displayed correctly in the settings menu
