Contracts: add information about invited entities and competing entities

When adding the invited entities and that present proposals, invitees: [] and contestants: [], information that is part of the contract description, repeats, allows analyzes of the type:

• how many contracts were awarded by direct agreement without any consultation with other entities
• allows to analyze the relations between the companies that win the contracts and those that compete or are invited
• relationship between the contracting entity and contracted entities and those who submit proposals. This way it can be verified which are the companies that present proposals only to comply with the legal requirements.
