Bursting taking prio over other debuffs

I've tried finding to lower the priority of bursting in m+ so other debuffs are shown before it but I can't find it so am wondering if there is an option to disable bursting completely. I know this isn't really a "bug" and sorry for posting the ticket about it but it's just being frustrating to me that every week there is bursting I have to disable the addon completely.
