interference with Raid Frame Settings (again)

I've used Bigdebuffs for a couple years now, and ever since the 10.1.5 patch and now the 10.2.5 patch, there seems to be interference with the placement of debuffs on raid-party frames. I've always kept dispellable buffs anchored to the outer right of my party-raid frames, but since the 10.2.5 patch they are anchored slightly to the center-right of my party frames, leaving a giant debuff in practically in the center of a party frame.

This became an issue in Season 2 DF after the 10.1.5 patch but i dealt with it as it wasnt a massive issue on my holy paladin (except for bursting weeks, its very annoying), and it was fixed toward the end of season 2. This wasnt an issue all of season 3, but since the 10.2.5 patch it is now an issue again however it is a larger problem on my resto druid because i have more buffs that i track (HoTs).

It seems to be directly connected with the addon Raid Frame Settings as this issue disappears when i disable RFS (raid frame settings), but then the standard debuffs are so tiny that i can barely see them.

If i disable Bigdebuffs, then i no longer get the dispellable buffs to the right of my party frames. if i disable Raid Frame Settings, im left with very tiny stock debuffs (such as bleeds or non-dispellable debuffs) and its very catch 22. is there a way that we can get this fixed again?

Yes, i have the debuffs anchored to the right. I have checked, double checked and triple checked all settings as this is something that, after years of healing and addon searching and testing, i finally found my sweet spot but now im back searching for a solution and any help or response would be appreciated because this makes certain scenarios nearly unplayable and unnecessarily stressful.

The only reason i use RFS is to customize the size of default non-dispellable debuffs ever since blizzard changed them to be as small as possible last season, so maybe if big debuffs had an option to change the size of these, i would be set?
