[Feature] Prevent account holder from increasing view count

Hi, feature request I guess..

Is it possible to exclude the account holder from being included in the view count?

At the moment I'm using the public bin, and I can understand that viewing the paste while logged out might increase the count.. although a browser cookie should be easy enough to implement. which would also exclude repeat views by logged out visitors.
