[Feature Request]: Make the "Use Ice Bar" toggle dynamic

Description

I have "Use Ice Bar" enabled because my Mac has a notch and icons disappear behind it. But I also use an external display sometimes and it has no notch and plenty of space, and the ice bar makes usability slightly worse because it appears on top of my Chrome tabs and the icons all kinda blend in. I had to turn off "show on hover" because that kept causing misclicks.

It'll be nice if this had an "Auto" option ("No/Yes/Auto") instead of being a toggle, showing the ice bar only if there isn't enough space before the notch.
