[Bug]: OpenVPN connect icon always returns to always hidden section

Description

Thanks for an awesome app!

I moved OpenVPN Connect icon to the always hidden bar at some point and now I cannot get it to stay in hidden or visable sections. I can move it there, but upon relaunch of OpenVPN Connect, it goes back to the always hidden section.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Ice settings, move OpenVPN Connect icon to either hidden or visible section.
2. Relaunch OpenVPN Connect app
3. Observe OpenVPN Connect icon is back in the always hidden section.

I've noticed that this also happens with the 1Password menu bar icon. The STR are the same. It's been happening for a few months so I'm wondering if it has something to do with these apps being security-oriented?
