Problem we're trying to solve:
Accessing and managing items in the trash is inconvenient at best. Current flow involves opening the filters, finding and then selecting the status dropdown, and then filtering by items that are trashed. A lot of clicks for something that should be relatively simple.
Possible solutions include:
Could be partially addressed by our proposed solution for List view filters are inconsistent #8, if we pull the status filter out of the filters widget.
Alternatively, a subtle button with "show trash" or similar next to the "options" button.
