The homepage layout is broken:

It looks okay now so it might have been a caching issue.
Maybe in Global Configuration double check the cache settings if "Platform Specific Caching" is enabled?

edit: or it could be a Content Security Policy issue with CSS and actually related to #1996

I've seen something similar to this before when the mobile view got cached for desktops somehow. I've not found a cause for it - but last time clearing the joomla cache 'fixed' it. I guess 2 weeks later joomla's cache expired and that's how things got fixed

Closing for now. But understanding there's no fix applied and it's likely just a cache thing.
