URL-Custom Field with extra field for a linktext

this is my very first post on GitHub, please be a little lenient :-)

I would be very happy, if the URL-Custom Field in J!4 could get an additional field to add a linktext.

This would be very help- and useful, especially when the URL is very long and/or when the URL is not particularly meaningful/informative.
