So I quite like this admin template, I can see that I’d modify the dashboard significantly, and that it looks like it might be a bit easier to do so.
Everything was looking great, but I have a very minor quibble with the Extensions > Manage interface…

What needs to be fixed

Somehow it feels less usable than the current layout - Maybe it’s because if you’re digging into that section, you’re really into the guts of Joomla’s admin - and a compact display that lets you see more on the screen at once is more useful?

The differentiation of enabled/disabled is hard to see at a glance as well.

Also, the search bar at the top and its button don’t align properly at the bottom on OSX Chrome.

Why this should be fixed

Improved usability for admins/devs, polish for the search section.

How would you fix it

I'd either have this section more compact in its list view by default, or have a compact option that's section specific.

For the enabled/disabled, I'd be more inclined to use a simpler icon, with green/red indicators

For the search, it's a simple CSS fix

Side Effects expected

Compact view could be difficult to implement on a per-view basis, and could cause problems elsewhere in the template.

Hi, this is the proposed design of the extensions manager https://dribbble.com/shots/7087023-Joomla-4-Extensions-Installer

Thanks

Hi @kawshar I meant Extensions > Manage rather than the extensions manager, if you understand my meaning.

Got it. Improvements can be made. Icons will be changed as well.

Thanks

Awesome!

As I said, it's the kind of screen that only people digging under the hood would really see, but it's a pain in the neck in J3 to track down an unknown plugin, and I can fit 30 rows on my screen.
