Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to "Content > Articles > Add New Article". Enter a paragraph into editor, then select "hr.system-pagebreak" from "Paragraph" drop-down list.

Expected result

"hr.system-pagebreak" option does not work

Actual result

System information (as much as possible)
