Button cursor issue in Email Domain Options tab #161

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go over head Users > Manage > Click Options > Go to Email Domain Options tab.

Expected result

Add/Remove button: Cursor type should be pointer
Move button: Cursor type should be grabbing

Actual result

Mouse over 3 buttons: add, remove and move. Cursor type is default

System information (as much as possible)
