User Note - Can't select the user item

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create new user
Create new user note and select the user field

Expected result

It should be select user item and turn off the popup select

Actual result

It not select user

System information (as much as possible)

On 4.0.0-beta1-dev

It's a field type called user which is used all over the Joomla!. I think it would not be a good idea to change the field type.

@ahamed07sajeeb if you try on Atum. it can click on user name for selected. I think it can do the same.

Still, I cannot catch the problem. Did you mean on hover there is no underline on the name column? Is this the problem?
