After you've run the application in a workspace, you need to transfer back the install.wim and boot.wim to the .ISO file.
The easiest way to do this is to use a software called RUFUS and create a bootable USB drive that you use later on to install Windows. This way, it's very easy to grab the install.wim and boot.wim from your USB drive (the installation .iso) and then replace them when the process is done.
This wiki is just a basic tutorial of how to use the software. It might not be as easy to understand if you have minimal experience with windows installation and ISO files.
