[BUG] Update Vessel to match KOS 1.4 #211

Describe the bug
The suffixes for vesselTargetType are outdated.

To Reproduce
Compare the vessel target suffix mapping from main.
To the KOS 1.4.0.0 Vessel documentation.

Expected behavior
The language server should reflect the current state of KOS vessels.
