Launching lib\main.dart on Windows in debug mode...
Exception: Building with plugins requires symlink support.

Please enable Developer Mode in your system settings. Run
  start ms-settings:developers
to open settings.

Why cannot it run after installation? Do I have to turn on developer mode..

@asta-86 Your windows needs to be in development mode just like we do in for android (USB debugging)
Do run the command. It'll run easily.
