Bug: Colors used to display Participant labels are sometimes very similar, and hard to distinguish.
Fix: Pick colors that are reliably distinctive, using a small set of categorical colors. #1292

Also, use the same set of 20 colors for the "recolor" drop-down options, using the names given by Trubetskoy.
