Help with rules

Hello I need to make use of the extension "yii2-rbac-plus" and I do not know how to elaborate the rules and later add to the controllers in access control based on roles (rbac) .me could show a small example in which Create a rule and add the RBAC that provides yii2-rbac-plus to a controller.
