Couple of issues

Hi John, thanks for making this plugin. Just a couple of things though:

A rogue spelling mistake in the README: "Give your users a dropdown OT selected territories to choose from."

Also, when I was making my Country field, if I didn't select anything from the Available Territories or Promoted Territories select field I would get an error on save.

Thanks for sharing this - I am learning a lot from that.
If you are OK with some wishes/ideas for a next version, please read on:

1. If possible, it would be great to set already available / configured locales as being active by default.
2. Vise Versa it would be awesome to have a warning (colored box?) for those activated entries that aren't either configured as being available nor are present as SiteURL in the general.php
3. I am not confident thats possible at all, but having an option to edit the general.php directly (iframe?) to set corresponding SiteURLs.

I know that #2 & #3 are not relevant to everyone but I am sure there will be a big demand.

In case you do not plan working on this: would you be OK If I reuse your code and "make it mine" to create some modifications (as above and more)?
