Possibly bloated NPM package #162

I noticed there is a pdf and a bunch of .cs / .sln files in the NPM package. Can these be removed just to save a bit of space on everyone's npm installation?

I plan on making this all be Node here in the future. I don't even do C# anymore... I wouldn't say having some example code and stuff is uncommon though in an NPM package. I'll keep this around to add the PDF to the.npmignore when I do this. Thanks
