Jira sync doesn't work

Hello everybody!

I tried debug, and find a solution for this problem, but i am stuck.
I added the right credentials for the jira sync feature twice, but there is no error, and the sync doesn't started.
I checked the network tab and nothing happened.

I am using these credentials for my jira_python api script, and it's working.

Can you help me please?

I didn't use any jql query for limiting the searching tasks.
I loaded the suggestions.

Are you using the web or the desktop version of the app? What also would be helpful, is starting the app from the command line and the output from there. Also the info from the console in the app's dev tools would be helpful!

Hm what are the other settings you configured for jira? It also takes a little time before it's started (and is repeated every 5 minutes or so). I assume that you mean auto importing new issues to the backlog by "jira sync"?

I am still not sure what exactly you mean by "jira sync". Could you elaborate what exactly you would expect to happen and what happens instead?

My problem is i cannot get my assigned jira tickets. In oktober it worked and i could get it.

You mean when searching for tasks with the add task bar? In this case you might want to check your username setting. This username needs to be a real username not an email address for this to work.

Okay a lots of thanks for you time. I think i found it. Somehow the SuperProductivityTool showed a message: (something like) your app restricted.
So i created a new api key and i used it. Aaaaand it works. So thank you.
