Repeating Tasks in Calendar result in duplicates

Hi Everyone - I've searched and haven't found a solution for an issue I've got.

When I create a morning routine as a repeating tasks, It shows up on my calendar twice. Once as a repeating task config block, and once as the "today" actionable block.

I've included a picture - See the "Morning Routine". I'd think that once the task get created for the day, that the current days config wouldn't show anymore, but I can't figure out how to do this.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

I am unable to reproduce this. What is your timezone? And can you maybe open up an issue for this with more steps on what you did exactly to produce this state and if you can reliably reproduce it?

I'm not sure what happened, but I wasn't able to reproduce it! I think it might have been because of subtasks? Not sure, but if it comes up again, I'll open an issue with details!
