Notifications doesn't close after the app get's killed in Android #29

The only way to remove the notification is to set the action as none, but if the user kills the app without stopping the song (I will not have a chance to set the action as none) then the Notification remains, and also there will be a warning from android that the app is active - running in the background and so it will effect the battery. I am getting this issue in all the Android versions I have tested - 11,13,14

Please fix this asap. Ideally if the app gets killed by the user then the notification should also be killed. I am attaching the screenshots for reference.
