As a user of bragi, I want to be able to generate text that only contains specific words. For example, I'd like to restrict available tokens to the 10k most common English words.

This is implemented in the allow-lexical-vocab-constraints branch.

Feature is demonstrated in this notebook.

I'll merge after test are added.

I tried this with Vicuna-13B and the output was nonsense. Need to determine why and, if possible, improve output quality.
