Library is updating even with auto update off.

Steps to reproduce

I don't know what to put here since I didn't even open the app.

Expected behavior

App should not auto-update at all when it's turned off.

Actual behavior

It will update without even opening the app. I was on reddit and I got a notification about it. I checked my settings and auto-update is turned off, nothing is on that would cause auto-update. I even force stopped the app and it did it again.
