Sync Trigger/Restriction - Only run when on wi-fi or in specific wi-fi networks

Describe your suggested feature

Add a Sync trigger for when connecting to wi-fi.
Additionally it would be nice if you could set it to a specific wi-fi.
Alternatively, it could also be added to a separate menu to the triggers, similar to how it's done on the "Automatic updates device restrictions" under Library.
This would be specifically useful when syncing through a locally hosted instance of Syncyomi.
