Allow selecting categories for sync

Describe your suggested feature

I have two devices: a large tablet I do my reading on and a small phone I get notifications for new chapters on. I have a pretty large library and a slow phone so syncing can take quite a while. I'd love to be able to only sync my currently-following category between my tablet and phone and not my backlog or read categories (because I don't need to know about chapter updates for these)
