Randomly corrupted download index

Steps to reproduce

Sometimes after the program has been closed for a random period of time the download index corrupts and the extensions won't work but just momentarily. Except the download index, you need to force the recheck else the downloads won't show up at all

Expected behavior

The downloads should be shown, not needing to force recheck every time

Actual behavior

The download index corrupts and needs to be rebuilded

I also have this issue occuring regularly on a Sony Xperia 5 IV on android 14 and version 1.10.5

I have the same problem on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 (Android 13, TachiyomiSY 1.10.5). I can still open the chapters they just don't show as downloaded.

@jobobby04 I just updated to preview because I hoped that would fix this, but it's still happening. Everytime I open the app it is checking downloads.
Also my downloads from anchira are not recognized unless I force invalidate the download index a couple of times.

Edit: I can still open the chapters without an internet connection even though they are shown as not downloaded.
