We should be able to create a plugin built into skan that returns a Labels layer with the path_ids as values and the summary properties as properties.

Other functionality such as pruning and orienting could also be added.

Super cool, because I don't think there's too much overlap between these two plugins. Thanks for the link! 🙌

Ok. Fyi the plan with skeleton curator was to fold its functionality into skan. How would you feel about me doing the same with yours? I'm still fiddling with the final API then I'll get to work on pluginifying all the things. 😜
