Introduce hotkey for buffer or allow to use F8 for buffer

I really love your tool @jlaundry - it's really useful.
I have one feature request:
Could you please consider to introduce a hotkey for the buffer or allow to use F8 for buffer (instead of the clipboard)?
I often have a password in the buffer (because the clipboard is changing often) and I'd love to have a hotkey in that scenario!
