The http://pebblecam.com/ app seems to have this. I am not sure whether it's usefull at that scale but could be neat.

I'll check that out. I have considered adding the feed, but I agree I'm not sure how useful it would be at the available resolution. That said, if it's not too hard, I might just do it because it's cool :)
