When clicking the "Create Outlook 365 Calendar" it doesn't work and is redirected to the Microsoft Live site. It seems the URL in the extension provided doesn't work any longer.

Yeah, it seems they changed their page locations and it is broken at the moment. We will work on fixing it at some point.
