Hi, it is my first time using CellChat and I was wondering what is the correct approach to analyze a TMA. I have the following slide as a single image in a Seurat object and I want to find the shared ligand-receptor interactions:
As of right now, I am analyzing the entire slide together. The problem is that I get a median cell to cell distance that is very high and I was wondering if this is going to affect the analysis. Should I analyze the entire slide together or should I split it into the individual stamps?
