Hi,

I built and executed "tests.c" with ebu-loudness-test-setv05.zip. I observed two notes in the test results.

Note: the tests do not have to pass with EXACT_PASSED.
Passing these tests does not mean that the library is 100% EBU R 128 compliant!

I am wondering what does "Passing these tests does not mean that the library is 100% EBU R 128 compliant!" mean here?
