[BUG] v1.0.0.dev.1 migration guide link missing

Describe the bug
In the CHANGELOG.md file of the alice package (for v1.0.0 and later) there is no migration guide linked on how to migrate from older versions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit the following link (alice package CHANGELOG.md)
2. Under the section 1.0.0-dev.1, the first item mentions a migration guide: See migration guide here.
3. Notice that there is no linked migration guide document

Expected behavior
A link towards a separate document describing how to migrate to new version(s) of alice (optionally listing different versions of alice to migrate from-to).

• Version: v1.0.0 and later
