Please use g:ConqueTerm_CWInsert = 1 by default, for a more intuitive 
experience out of the box. My entire use case for Conque is being able to code 
in one window and run a shell in another window.

When this variable is set to 0 (the current, unintuitive default), the normal 
hotkeys for navigating between windows (e.g., ctrl+w, down) no longer work.
