Change jhipster default behavior to generate entities.

Overview of the feature request

Currently to generate entities --with-entities is required.
The initial idea is to avoid conflicts with custom code, but:

• a regeneration without entities will always create conflict at files that depends on needles like menus and cache registration.
• we have .yo-resolve to ignore files.

I'm still used with --with-entities option, so I've posted the issue.
But it's not required anymore, I will drop the option.
