Since 0.12.985 tools.deps can infer :git/url from the dep's name and :sha could be specified as :git/sha too. If a dependency is specified only with a :git/sha and the lib's name is given in a correct way so tools.deps would infer the url, metav fails as it tries to match with a spec defined here.
A simple workaround for this is to use :git/url and :sha to define a dependency.
