If you're reading this, it's likely that your issue was closed with a link to this discussion. This is because you didn't supply a diagnostic file as instructed in the issue template.
A diagnostic file is not a log file but instead a specific file you need to download that allows us to understand exactly how you've configured your system. You need to provide both relevant log output as well as the diagnostic file as instructed in the issue template.
After you have generated your diagnostic file, upload it and reopen the issue.
If you cannot generate the diagnostic file, say so in the issue otherwise we will close it.
Here's the instruction again for your convience:
You are required to attach a diagnostics file. Issues that do not have a diagnostic file will be closed immediately. To download a diagnostics file, in Home Assistant, go to Settings>Devices&Services>Integrations>Smart Irrigation, or use this link. Click the 'three vertical dots' menu and select 'download diagnostics'.
