I dont know whats wrong.download the main code ,inshalled docker and docker-compose ,run bin/up --dev,tell me :unexpected EOF while looking for matching `"'

Sorry, I haven't looked at --dev mode myself--I did do a pass on running without --dev and got that working a few months ago, though!
