Hey, use this two shortcuts in Default (*).sublime-keymap :

{ "keys": ["shift+alt+up"], "command": "select_lines", "args": {"forward": false} },
{ "keys": ["shift+alt+down"], "command": "select_lines", "args": {"forward": true} },

This will add the place multiple text cursors shortcut, to multi select cursor from keyboard, its available in sublime txt as ctrl+alt+up/down.
